This group helps teens understand their anxiety, explore triggers, and learn evidence-based tools like grounding, mindfulness, and cognitive reframing.


Adolescence is already a time of emotional intensity, and when trauma or anxiety is layered in, it can feel overwhelming. EMDR helps teens process difficult life events—including family conflict, social pressure, past trauma, and identity-related stress—without needing to relive the pain in detail.


Teens often experience increased confidence, emotional regulation, and improved self-esteem as they free themselves from the weight of unresolved memories.
